Day 18 - Singing and Rafting
Hey guys we're #backatit lottie and frankie on the blog. Get excited!!!!!!
We started the day nice and early (to our joy) with a cheeky 7/11 breakfast before we got on a bus to go white water rafting.
It was lit
On the rafts we started some sort of war. All of the boats were splashing each other and we were pulling each other into the water.
BUT as proud members of her boat, we can confirm that leader Jess was the biggest unit. And she wiped out an entire raft.
We even made a human chain all together and drifted down the river as one.
After our trip down the river we had a lush bbq lunch and then got back onto the bus back, home sweet home, to kota kinabalu.
We then went around the markets for a few hours and bought all of you lucky lot some lovely souvenirs. Patrick and I (lottie) even got matching labubus- probably lafufus actually.
Raffy got a new haircut as well. đ¤ˇââď¸
For our dinner we went loco at 'mamasitas', a local Mexican restaurant in kk (very borneo). There was live music and a few of us even got up for a little sing song. We requested all the classics and we were all dancing and having the bestest time ever.
We've been rushed to finish this but we ended the day with some ice cream and happy hearts and full bellies.
Best day ever.
ps. Sorry for the lack of photos, we left the camera so it didn't get wet while rafting. More on the next one we promise!
Pps. Amy please can you leave a comment on the blog đ from lottie xx

I bet a bed and shower has never felt so good!! Loved reading about your time in the jungle. Finn I hope you have your eyebrowsâŚ. đ¤ Enjoy your last day, what a way to end the trip! Canât wait to have you home â¤ď¸ xxx
Oh my goodness, it sounds like youâve had some incredible experiences! We canât wait to hear all about them on Sunday. Weâre totally made up this evening because we thought it was Monday you got back, but we get to see you a whole 24 hours sooner than we thought đ We are so excited to see you! Iâm confident you havenât got an eyebrow slit Raffy (weâve got them insured for a lot of money). But Iâm intrigued to see your haircut - did you get the full neck cracking treatment?!⌠as long as you can still move all 4 limbs. Which reminds me - please make sure youâre drinking plenty of water. All this cramp suggests maybe youâre dehydrated. Or better still, have some of your electrolyte sachets before and during the flights. Have a fantastic last day of paddling and snorkelling. Remember to take lots of photos. Safe journey home. Lots of love xxx
